Both the inclined plate and the straight plate are assembled. The inclined plate settler is mainly used for the bio-filter high-load biofilter, the tower bio-filter, the submerged bio-filter (also known as the contact oxidation tank) and the micro-carrier of the biological turntable to biochemically treat industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage treatment.​

The hexagonal honeycomb filler (lamella inclined plate settler) is made of polypropylene (PP) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ethylene-propylene copolymer. Both the inclined plate and the straight plate are assembled.

The inclined plate settler is mainly used for the bio-filter high-load biofilter, the tower bio-filter, the submerged bio-filter (also known as the contact oxidation tank) and the micro-carrier of the biological turntable to biochemically treat industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage treatment.

Product Features
* The treatment efficiency is higher than the activated sludge method. The general hydraulic load is 100-200 m3/m2·day, and the organic load is 2000-5000 g/m3, thus reducing the floor space.
* The aeration intensity is lower than the activated sludge method, and sludge backflow is not required, so power consumption can be reduced and management can be simplified.
* The amount of sludge is small, which reduces the amount of post-treatment work such as sludge dewatering.
* The resulting sludge has good sedimentation and is beneficial to the removal of suspended solids in the latter stage.
* It has strong adaptability, can adapt to a wide range of different water quality, and has strong endurance to the impact load of sudden changes in water quality and water quantity, and maintains a stable treatment effect.

1. Drain pipe installation at the bottom of the sedimentation tank
The installation sequence of the inclined pipe sedimentation tank generally starts from the bottom, and the installation of the bottom mud drainage pipe system is completed first to ensure that the opening of the mud discharge pipe meets the design requirements and is firmly fixed. After the inspection is correct, the next installation process is allowed.

2. Complete the filler bracket installation
According to the installation drawing of the filler bracket of the inclined tube sedimentation tank, the filler bracket is first installed in place, all the welded joints are inspected firmly, the strength of the bracket is sufficient to bear the weight of the filler, and the anti-corrosion treatment is completed on the surface of the bracket.
